Casa Colectiva was created to change that.
We believe you can’t truly appreciate a spirit, or the people and stories behind it, until you’ve seen what goes into making it.
Casa Colectiva is a shared experience hosted by the founders of The Beverage Collective. We take you beyond the glass and deep into the world of Mexican spirits: spending time with producers, walking agave fields, sharing meals, discovering places most visitors never see, and experiencing Jalisco through the people who call it home.
